Keep tabs on your craft kit journey from our studio to your doorstep.

How Tracking Works

  1. Order Confirmation: As soon as your order is placed, an email confirmation with your receipt is dispatched.
  2. Shipping Confirmation & Label Creation: Once we pack your kit and print your postage label (within 1–2 business days), you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your official tracking number.
  3. Live Transit Updates: Tracking scans typically activate within 12–24 hours after the carrier scans the package into their regional sorting hub.

Every order includes tracking. When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package directly on the carrier’s website (USPS or UPS).

Haven’t received your tracking link after 3 business days? Check your spam/promotions folder, or reach out directly to our team at support@vividpiece.shop with your order number.

Check Your Order Status

Enter your order number and the email you used at checkout to see your order status. Your order number is in your confirmation email.
