We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring transparency about how your personal information is handled when you visit or make a purchase from vividpiece.shop (the “Site”).

  • Customer Reviews & Feedback: Display name, ratings, comments, and photos voluntarily submitted on our product pages.
  • Product Availability Requests: Email address and the name of the product you asked to be notified about.
  • Support & Contact Requests: Name, email address, order number, messages, and any photos you submit through our Contact or Lost Piece Support forms.
  • Newsletter Subscriptions: Email address, if you choose to subscribe.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the personal information we collect generally to fulfill orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging shipping via USPS or UPS, and providing you with invoices and order confirmations). Additionally, we use this information to:

  • Publish authentic customer product reviews and ratings with your chosen display name.
  • Communicate with you regarding orders, missing pieces, or customer support requests.
  • Notify you when a product you requested becomes available or opens for pre-order.

  • Fulfillment & Shipping: Shipping partners and carriers (including the USPS, UPS, and commercial postage platforms) to print labels and deliver your orders.
  • Payment Processing: WooPayments (powered by Stripe) and PayPal securely process all payments, including credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Hosting & Security: Hostinger (web hosting and content delivery network) and WordPress to keep the Site secure, encrypted, and available.
  • Email Services: Email service providers that deliver our order confirmations, notifications, and customer support communications.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics (Google LLC) and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) to understand how our Site is used (see Section 6).
  • Reviews: Our review platform (CusRev) to send review invitations after your order and display verified reviews.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect our rights, customers, or the Site.

4. Data Retention & Security

When you place an order, we keep your order information for as long as needed to fulfill it and to meet tax, accounting, and warranty obligations. You may request deletion of other personal information at any time; some order records must be retained as required by law.

Product availability requests are kept until we send the notification, or for up to 12 months, whichever comes first, and are then deleted. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your location (such as California or other jurisdictions with comprehensive privacy rights), you may have the right to access personal information we hold about you, request corrections, or request deletion of your personal data. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email we send, and you can ask us to remove a product availability request by emailing support@vividpiece.shop.

6. Analytics and Cookies

We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our site — for example, which pages are viewed, how long visits last, the general region (country/city) visitors come from, the type of device and browser used, and how visitors navigate and interact with pages (clicks, scrolling). Microsoft Clarity may record anonymized sessions to help us improve usability; the text you type, including checkout and account details, is masked and not recorded.

These services use cookies and similar technologies and may process your IP address to determine approximate location; we do not receive or store your full IP address through these tools. Data is used only to improve our website and shopping experience and is not sold or used for targeted advertising.
