Every wooden craft kit and book nook on VividPiece Shop is backed by our Lost Piece Protection promise. We know that building intricate dioramas takes time, patience, and sometimes an accidental break happens along the way.

What Is Covered

  • Accidental Breaks: Snapped delicate joints, thin railings, or miniature furniture pegs during careful assembly.
  • Missing Parts: Any piece missing directly out of the factory box.
  • Faulty Electronics: Non-working touch sensors, LED modules, or frayed wires prior to installation.

How to Request a Replacement Part

Broke a delicate piece or missing a sheet? Free replacement parts within 45 days of delivery, subject to availability; a small fee applies after that. Either way, turnaround depends on part availability, so timing can vary.

  • Order Number: Your original VividPiece order number.
  • Kit Name: e.g., Scholar’s Dream, Onyx Dragon Carriage, Ella’s Chocolatier.
  • Sheet & Part Number: Locate the code in your instruction booklet diagram (e.g., “Sheet C, Piece #14”).
  • Part Photo: An image of the broken piece or your instruction booklet with the required part circled.
